Make sure it doesn't have a spun bearing or shaft play to start with, since you got it for free. And other than finding a turbo manifold to fit it I don't think you'd have to do anything else, just all the typical turbo components.

Re: will this work? (accord2021)
well the turbo is in good *** condition.. it has no shaft play what so ever. i just want to know if i kan jus order the conmponents 4 the turbo or if i have to get custom fabricated stuff? and i agree with that guy bout da t25 spooling pretty fast.. but this is my first turbo n i think its a good start..i know alot of people starting off with da t25 den later they upgrade... any ideas on how i can make this turbo work?

Is it a turbo off of the twin-turbo 300zx or the 87-88 300zx turbo? I have an 86 300zx, and the turbo system there is very simple, but its a t3 turbo (the t25 is in the 87-88). Get a t25 style manifold for the F23, and all the required oil lines, and if its the 87-88 300zx its water cooled, so you probably need those lines as well. Pretty much I would just look at the current kits out there, and make sure you have about the same parts.
