Whats the offset? 45+ offset would do. Also are you using the same tires? You would probably need new tires as well.

The accord 5 lug pattern is 5x114.3 as is the lude...they will fit.
There is also a 4 lug accord pattern 4x114.3

There is not a 2004 accord in the us with a 4 lug 
But yes those prelude wheels should fit just fine.
