Default white smoke question

my car is now smoking out white smoke only when the car is parked or i'm waiting for a while at the drive thru and its not a huge cloud of it but you can still see it what is the cause of this? by the way its a 93 dx if you guys need to know that

well i ran into another little problem today the car is now overheating i don't know but i was just thinking of replacing the engine considering it has 237,000 miles on it let me know any inputs

no you prolly have a blown head gasket what you need to do is pressure test the coolant system and if the car is over heating check the coolant and see if the fans are kicking ond you dont need to drive it much when it is running hot hondas are tough but they will only take so much

if you got coolant in your oil, you might as well rebuild it beucase your main bearings will be toast soon

i'm going to see what i'm gonna do, but they are selling me a 97 accord vtec motor for $150 what do you guys think

Blown headgasket for sure. Thats rare, I havnt heard too many of these cases in accords.

so what just change the head gasket and call it a day. i was thinking of just driving the car until it really started smoking up bad or do you think thats a bad idea?

If you can get a good deal on another engine. Go for it. Or fix the one you have. I wouldn't suggest driving it until it smokes worse. Not exactly good for the environment and could be a possible ticket.

Who cares about the enviroment?! Worry about your motor! Its ganna be overheating & warp your head.
