White smoke from engine bay, not HG ('94 Accord)
So this car has been through a lot. After sitting in a drive way for about a year (cracked block), I finally got around to putting a new engine in it (F22B1). Got the engine from a junk yard, ended up having a blown HG. Changed the HG and resurfaced the block, stopped over heating, but it's been a month and I still have some white smoke coming from the engine.
I drive like a grandma, so I know it's not because I'm pushing the car too hard. The smoke doesn't appear blue and it does seem like I'm losing some coolant, but not much at all. I also have a leak from god knows where. Kinda drips down from my cat converter, but I can't find it. The smoke is also visible when I remove the oil cap. Any ideas??

coming from the engine bay or from the muffler ?
best thing to do is to do a compression test to decide if you should be putting any more time and money into that engine

The smoke is coming from the engine bay. I did a compression test before doing the swap and everything looked good across the board

There really is no way for anyone but you to figure out where the smoke is coming from. It's obviously some sort of oil leak, perhaps it's leaking onto the exhaust manifold and burning up but we have no way of knowing without seeing it. Best thing to do, if you want, is to make a video. But it should be clear to you when you look.

If I had to specify more, the smoke seems to be concentrated behind the engine, around the PCMI/intake manifold. I had my cat replaced on Saturday and when they lifted it, I saw a lot of smoke coming from the cat as well. As far as a video, maybe tomorrow?

Maybe time for new valve seals. Bad valve seals can cause white smoke. You said coming out of the intake manifold? And cat? Intake manifold should push air in and nothing should come out tighten the bolts up with a new gasket and see if white smoke only comes out of the exhaust only
I think it's valve seals but I may be wrong.

Also there's coolant flow through the intake manifold to the block a bad intake manifold gasket can leak coolant straight onto the cat since its right above it that makes more sense.

I'm gonna get a crack on it this.weekend. I'm leaning towards the intake mani gasket. I'll be sure to update with pictures, thanks for the help guys!
