Default What ecu should I use

Ok I got a 96 accord ex I did a swap and put a h23a vtec blue top with a 96 h22 prelude tranny. I got the automatic ecu for the motor 37820-Pcf -901 I want to keep the car obd2. I had take my stock ecu out and plug up the Pcf ecu the car it's crack but didn't fully start. I put back my stock ecu and it work . I was thinking that Pcf ecu I have is shot so might have to get a next one. What ecu can I use please need the help

The stock ecu making making the shift gears sucks and bogging
