Want to add power to my 95 accord.. what to do?
I am looking to add some more power to my 95 accord. Its a 1995 Accord, Lx, 4dr, AT, 140k miles. It is pretty much stock, besides the eBay SRI.
What would you guys suggest? Maybe CAI? Headers? Exhaust?
I do not want to make it sound ricey, 99% of exhausts I have seen/heard sound REALLY loud and annoyig, I would like a very deep and quiet exhaust if possible..

to be completly honest with you dude..there is verty little with the setup you have...mostly the restriction being your auto tranny.....wasting money on a header for that car IMO is kinda dumb...my girl wasted 300 dollar on a dc sports header for the exact same car as yours......but anyway....If i was you I'd throw a 50 shot on that baby and squirt away....or sell it and buy a 5 speed

Re: Want to add power to my 95 accord.. what to do? (I got the CD5 Jeebies!)
I was thinking of selling it, and getting a 5sp Coupe? I want a silver or white one, maybe see if I can find an ex? Are the v6's much faster?

So I would be better off with a 4 banger? I think I might look for a lx coupe if I can find one for cheap.
I think I might ask 3500 for my accord, it has no problems, I just fixed ALOT of stuff.

Re: (20ls01)
yeah man, just get a manual EX accord. V6's certainly aren't worth it. They only introduced the V6 to compete with the other companies that were releasing them, so pretty much the weight of the engine isn't worth the gain in HP. Maybe even get a 4th gen Accord.. but I love my 5th gen.
