vtec bogging out at 3k
I recently did a head swap on my 92 Accord. I swapped it for a f22b1 head. Now that I finally received the exhaust I can start it. It idles around 1000-1200 rpms but will only rev to 3500 and when I drive the car, it will stall or bog out; like the gas was shut off to the engine. It will then began to have a bouncing idle from 1500-2000 rpms (rev up then drop continuously).
At first I thought maybe I had not bolted my down pipe to the header tight enough. Then I thought maybe it was my hoses, but I could not find a good diagram for a 92 accord and a 97 to compare to. I have also read that my cps (crank position sensor) might be ****ed. Idk, any advice or direction would be great.
