Theres all kinds of options avasliable to upgrade the performance of you engine, and a few swaps too. Everything from power adders, like a turbo or nitrous, to an allmotor build. I would suggest, that if this is primiarly a show car, to do something diffrent from everyone else.

I know judges at car shows like to see original things. Maybe a supercharger would be the way to go. I'm starting to build a Supercharged H22A1 for my accord, becuase I like to take the road less traveled. ITB's (individual throttle bodies) are also a great component to an all motor build, and its pretty rare to see in an accord.

The bottom line is, its all about what you want from the car. If its upgrades for show only, I would just find shiny parts, or unique parts, like the supercharger. On the other hand, alot of people like the sound that a BOV makes, so perhapes a turbo could be fun at the show.

Turbo, supercharged, engine swaps, or nitrous. Or you can just do bolt ons. Although the cost to power gained isnt all that good.

I feel ya bro. I show my car and its f22b1 auto. Turbo and supercharger's are nice but pricey, And I wouldnt rely on our auto tranny to hold up to power like that. Id go with custom powder coated as much **** as you can get. Get chrome valve cover or paint it. Header, intake are most noticable. Spark wires. I have HID wires and stuff in my engine bay. Actually I still got 2nd at Ocean City car show and my engine bay looks like hell. Wires need to be tucked and stuff but I just havent got around to it. Also, Id do a strut bar if you already don't have one, Get a Hood propping spring. Just spray detailer all over everything at a show, makes it look like everything is wet, instead of like cleaning it ALOT. But its up to you man. Just giving you some pointers for show but Im sure you already know this stuff.

maybe 5-10, with a full catback system, which you already have. IMHO your only viable options for pushing more horses is turbo the motor you have now, f22b1. Or, go h22a. Both are plausibly good for 200+ hp. It all depends on your final goal and or purpose of the project. You have to sit down and start comparing pro's and cons. Do you want something street ready, track ready, or straight line ready? Pick your poison and do some reaearch.

Sounds nice man, I just got mine painted finally. Header won't give you any horsepower. EX header is very efficient with flow, but for show Id look into a megan racing header, not much money, and still a good header.

how much am i looking into spending for turbo or supercharger? do u know?

also, im not really looking to bring car on track... well at least not right now... I kill some cars already as it is on some private roads around my area, but not worth the track right now.

my goal is to get 200+ HP make everything clean, for car shows, andd also mabbe track one day if i do end up thinking of going...

1 more thing.. is it worth it to get rubo or supercharger, before i swap to a h22 or whatever it is... and how much am i looking in spending on this motor... n goood places to order used/new

They dont make a supercharger for the f22, and id personally go boost. Id say for a nice set up around 3-4k. Turbo-kits.com sells a complete kit for our cars. All good products. If your swapping to an h I wouldnt suggest it because without internal work i wouldnt run boost to an H. They have high compression while our F series are boost friendly, before you run any type of forced induction, id highly suggest getting a compression and leakdown test to see what kind of condition your motor is in.

H22 motors obd1 full swaps are around 2200-2600 depending if you get LSD or not. I heard password-jdm is good for motors from a friend who got a b18c1 from them.

If you want to be different get a K series swap. That would be impressive
