2002 Honda Accord Clutch Replacement Recommendation
I知 currently in the market for a new clutch kit for my 2002 Honda Accord EX. It痴 a 2.3L with a manual transmission. I知 wanting to purchase all new components. Clutch, Pressure plate, throw out bearing, flywheel, Clutch master Cylinder, and Slave cylinder.
I知 looking for a brand recommendation I知 looking at ones on RockAuto they have a kit made by AMS automotive that contains everything I listed for 200$ but I know nothing about AMS Auto. If I buy everything in pieces I can buy everything made by Exedy without the flywheel for around 180$ but they don稚 carry an flywheel made by them. I found info online saying Exedy was a good OEM replacement. Either way I知 just looking for some good advice on the subject thanks.

Re: 2002 Honda Accord Clutch Replacement Recommendation
I think the only "real" advice I have to offer is don't get a "heavy-duty" clutch for a stock car. I have found that they chatter and are simply more annoying in a regular non-modified car. When it comes to brands, I've used Sachs and Valeo probably the most. I've never used an Exedy OEM clutch replacement, but I would presume it's going to be pretty good. I've also not heard of any issues with AMS either. With regards to the flywheel, again just make sure it's OEM-like, a lightened flywheel on a stock car can be really annoying as well.
