Sun Roof

I have a 1998 Honda Accord Ex, just recently my sunroof doesn't close all the way, it will look like its closed but it's not. I have checked the fuses and nothing, do you think it is the motor if gone?

if its moving but not fully close then may be its a machenism problem.
