Default shakey shifting

So I have a 90 accord lx 5spd...now when im shifting into either 2nd,3rd, or 4th, if I go up to like 2200 rpm and shift clutch warmed up, the shifter like bounces..shakes into gear with a little bit of a grind to it..but if I add a lil gas right before I hit the clutch to shift then it slides right now tension..I guess my question is Wat could be causing it to grind like that if I just drop the rpms out for the next gear...either I rev it up a bit or hold the clutch for like literally 2make seconds until my rpms drop to idle and very slowly put the car into gear..its a Bitch tryna time it right ..could it be a bushing somewhere that's cause like the stranny to shake or something..im new to the Honda game. Like 2 weeks ago I got this car and its my first Honda ever. I m loving it tho

I guess ill add on things like its a brand new clutch (when I baught the car)...now kould it just be something like clutch fluid or something? Idk..its just weird that if the car is cold I man rev it up to like 4k rpms and shift and its fine..once its warm if I go above 2200rpm its got that growl in the engine but has then a shake if I shift..im not a good explainer..ill try and help anyone with help for me..I've looked searched even went under the car..nothing I see that obvious...but then again its obvious I don't know much bout hondas =/..thanks in advance

Clutch could be dragging or synchronizers could be worn.

Yea but it was just a look test..I was just changing my oil so I was looking around...didn't see anything unordinary looking to me and I didn't see any fluids or anything with a greasy wet look to it so id assume its holding tight maybe just air in it or old fluid..ill try again
