Default power loss after long drive

Hi im new to this particular forum but i have a decent amount of knowledge about honda so hopwfully u can help me and ill do my best to help other member.

I have a 1995 accord ex 2.2 vtec auto

my problem has been going on for a while ive tried everything to fix it, ive replaced the egr valve/ silinoid cleaned the egr ports, new plugs and wires and new pcv valve also new cat converter.
after driving for a long time my car starts to lose power and acceleration. Also when i park it and rev the motor i hear a whistle/vaccume sound but its only when its hot and is acting up. I am considering replacing fuel filter and cleaning the IACV but idk if it will help. Im going crazy trying to figure this out. The power loss is annoying. Also when its hot and i put it in drive the idle drops really low almost wanting to stall. Hopefully you guys can help im out of options

I think you are on the right track with suspecting the IACV.
Try this...

Vacume sound has me thinking Try to leave cap loose and see what happens After that you got to check fuel pressure when acting up

Leave the gas cap off? When its acting up. It almost sounds like ot starving the motor of gas or air.my gas cap has alot of pressure in it when i take it off if that means anything. It hisses bad

So if you have a vacuum leak, fix that first. If it whistle then it's a big leak. Timing belt? When was it replaced? Air filter? If your fuel filter is clogged then you would not have idle right in the morning.

I think joec44 is on the right track. It seems there may be an issue with your EVAP system. This is part of the emissions. When the fuel is displaced from the tank air must enter the tank to fill the void left. The EVAP system does this in a way to reduce the amount of HCs that escape into the atmosphere. But if for whatever reason the valve that allows air into the gas tank is not working, enough of a vacuum will be created that the fuel pump cannot overcome the negative pressure and the engine starves of fuel.

Try going for a drive, when it starts to act up again, pull over and loosen the gas cap. Hissing is indicative that negative pressure is building up in the tank.

Alright ill try that. do u still suggest cleaning the iacv and fitv? cause i was gonna do that along with the fuel filter. But it kinda makes sence that my gas tank problem could be something cause ive never had a car with that much pressure on the tank. I was gonna spend the weekend working on it but idk if i should anymore. It runs great on short drives the longer i drive it the worse it gets as far as power and accel. Idk if its negative pressure or positive. Ive never noticed. But it does feel like the motor is starved for gas. That would explain the whisle type sound when hot. It would be a lean burn due to high air vs fuel ratio correct? and that could cause the air suction sound i hear? or am i wrong?

Albeit it's due to the longer you drive it the more vacuum is created inside the gas tank. I would suspect that the EVAP system has a fault in it and a valve is not correctly working. Not allowing fresh air to enter the gas tank.

If you are suspecting fuel delivery problem, I would test the fuel pressure first. Test the pressure when the car is losing power like you said. Even if you find nothing, it rule out the fuel delivery issue and you can focus on some thing else.
The key here is the car lose power or compression when it's warmed up (driven for a while). Focus on that point alone will narrow down your list of problems. How's the distributor and its components? Replacing the fuel filter is good maintenance but I would check fuel pressure first.
