lol, wtf did you do that for...? You might not have put the wire back together correctly, check it again, & check all of your fuses.

i actually thought that the wire i cut was a wire going to one of the door speakers but i dont think so now. i never finished to find out. i cut the blu/grn wire thats under the carpet on the drivers side beside the seat. i was going to tie the wire in to my head unit to elimnate the bose amp. now im stuck

I seriously dont think you have it connected properly... those little wires can be tricky sometimes. Make sure you have a good connection.

ive used mutiple connectors. right now i have a small wire connecting the two ends because of the length. is there any other wire that you think would cause this

Dont use a connector, those seriously never work. Especially on such a small wire. Just splice the wire & connect it with either electircal tape, or sodder it (if you know how) & see if that solves the problem.

Never just use electrical tape, always solder and tape. Wire connectors should work fine, I do car audio installations including alarms and the like all day, never had a problem using a butt connector if it's the proper guage for the wire but soldering is probably your better bet for what you're trying to do. Not sure why you would cut the wire under the carpet and not at the amp or at the speaker though...either way, GL. NEVER JUST TAPE A CONNECTION!!!! lol

If the cut wire is not long enough to connect the ends you will need to SPLICE a little piece of the same gague wire between them. Use butt connectors. I remove the hard plastic from them and than crimp and solder them. After that a good tape job finishes the connection.
