Default P0135 and P0302 related?

Hi,

I have 97 Honda Accord and my check engine light came on.

I got the following 2 codes:

1) P0135 ( http://www.obd-codes.com/p0135 )
2) P0302 ( http://www.obd-codes.com/p0302 )

I was wondering if it is possible that the P0135 caused P0302 to happen.
When I started the car, the engine light came on. I only drove 10 miles afterward before I checked the error code.

I mean what are the chances that I get another error code within 10 miles of driving?

I was gonna replace the oxygen sensor and as for the P0302 I'm not sure what to do.
I didn't notice anything unusual. Does anyone know what to do?

Thank You

I would think not, the P0135 is the heater part of the Oxygen sensor. and I wouldn't think that a cold sensor misreading would cause then a cylinder misfire.

Don't see any relation between the two. Is it a random misfire or a specific cyl misfire?
Intermittent misfire maybe.

I see. So they seem to be independent.
So what can I do about the cylinder misfire? I was told that I should replace some rubber seals or something (they kinda looked like rings).

The Honda dealer installed new spark plugs and wires + new ignition kit 1500 miles ago as part of a recall. Could that be somewhat related or could I still have warranty on that?

Thank You
