Is it a lot of motor oil? If it is, it probably is the balancer shaft oil seal coming out. This was a problem with the 5th generation Accords; but, it happens on some 6th generation Accords like yours. Honda makes a retainer to go over it. It needs to be fixed ASAP if it is that seal; replacing the seal and installing the retainer.
I will post the TSB regarding the 5th gen Accord in a few minutes.
Edit: I noticed you said oil pours out, so this is almost certainly it.

Here is the TSB for the previous generation; however, like I said, it happens on your generation Accord too. This happened to one my friend's 6th gen Accord two months ago and Honda of America wouldn't cover it.

That is the most likely possiblity. I put those retainers on all F series T belt services I do. really cheap insurance. Agree Do not drive your vehicle.

I have a 98 sedan as well. At 97K miles, I purchased a bunch of parts $410. I changed everything and added the retainer as well. I have part numbers and stuff, but I cant figure out how to attach a pdf. What comes to mind - change timing belt, seals, water hoses, water pump, radiator and cap, all belts,O2 sensors, shocks, thermostat, PVC and gromet, distributor rotor cap and rotor....I did a major change. All parts I purchased from hondaautomotiveparts.com. How the heck to I post the part numbers? Call www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for help...the dude there is very helpful.

well if your taking the valve cover off and everything to get to that you might wanna replace the valve cover gasket , sparkplug tube seals , and timing cover gasket ... u would be able to see if they were leaking at all .. but they are pretty cheap and it wouldnt hurt
