Most electronics not working on 1990 Honda Accord
So my Accord had a problem about a month and a half ago. I was pulling out of my school parking lot and I noticed that my car wasn't getting power in gear. So I stopped and parked in a near by parking lot and while I was looking, I noticed that my blinkers, seatbelts, windows, dashboard cluster, and clock aren't turning on. So I turned off my car and tried resetting my ecu and unplugged my negative wire. Didn't work. I tried backing out of the parking lot and I couldn't shift. I had to use the shift lock release. I had to drive home in lower gears.
I already replaced both the ecu and tcu and checked all the fuses before that. All in tact. I'm just getting really confused and desperate on to seeing what the problem is.
Thank you.

Is your check engine light on? It sounds like it might be throwing a code if you have that serious of a mechanical problem.

I went to Autozone a couple weeks ago they said the battery is fine still but I will check the battery cables and alt.

If the battery was tested after this issue started....again that/this leads me more and more to a bad connection on the battery or the "other" end of the battery cables.
Do you have a volt meter to take a few readings?

I'm not sure if I do but I can get one. How would you do it? And what are good readings?

check your ignition switch...my 95 did that. there is a video online and the guy show exactly how to do it. it was suprisingly easy....i had NO power or dash lights at all---nothing.....if you hold the key slightly turned, it would turn on....i was 3 miles from house and had to hold the key all the way until wife came with the part. the sheer bolts...i removed them by cutting slot with dremel and using screwdriver unlike the video---they are not tight at all....let us know how it works....
here is the video...he also has another one...the part was about 50 bucks:

Are you sure? The only thing on the cluster that comes on is the battery light and it just turns on for a few seconds then dims again. Nothing else.
