Eibach springs and Koni or Bilstein shocks.
Call up Eibach and ask them.
Stock shocks are not set up for the higher spring rates of the lowering springs and will not be able to properly control(dampen) the spring. A higher rate spring that is not correctly dampened will have a bouncy ride.
Depending on how low the car is the upper control arms may need to be replaced with adjustable units to keep camber with-in spec.

Okay awesome thank you mike!! I was wondering why my friends 93 integra rides so shitty...but that would probably be because he has stock coils and then coil over sleves off ebay and like you were saying they arnt made to be lowered so that would make sence. his car feels like jumpy on an old creaky bed....and i want to lower my accord but without compromising the smoothness of the ride! thanks again ill give them a call!

With Honda's there are no provisions for camber adjustment.
On the front there is toe and some caster adjustment(through the radius rod).
Rear there is some toe and no camber adjustment.
Look up Specialty Products Company(SPC) for the rear upper control arm and the front adjustable upper balljoint.
REAR ARM (-2.00°_4.00°) - 67090
ADJ 1.5° BJ-HONDA - 67125
ADJ 3.0° BJ-HONDA - 67320
Several places rebox the above components as their own and charge a premium. Look around for the best prices.
