lowered the ride and have a question
my 96 accord was lowered 1.75" in the front and 1.5" in the back. now that it's lowered when i get up to 2k rpm's i'm hearin a rattlin noise when i drive the car...is there a reason for that or what is the issue with my car?

sway bar
strut bar
tie bar
thats all i know im a newb
bars just give you better control and gives you a smooth`er ride, right?

They stiffen the chassis and reduce flexing of it during cornering etc. Thats why if you notice where they are placed it is usually at the weakest point or most flexable point of the chassis. In between the struts front and rear as an example.
But back on topic it might be your bushings that are squeaking tends to happen after a drop.

That would be my guess to..you may want to check your CV's while you are at it. A buddy of mine when his car was dropped they tore the cv boot (dont ask me how) while installing the suspension thus causing him some issues.

sounds like a busted shock. Check around the spring and see if there is a lot of oil around there. If so you might have blown shock.
