Default Looking for suspension help!

Looking for a real budget setup for my Accord. The stock suspension is getting destroyed, the ride is really bouncy. What is a good cheap aftermarket solution for this. I would probably like lowering a bit.

Is this a decent buy? Any other suggestions?

I have Eibach Pro-Kit on my car, which is also a 94 EX, but it's a 2 door. The handling really improved after installing them, along with KYB AGX shocks. It's a pretty mild drop- like around 1.5 inches, and I would suggest you get new shocks along with the new springs. Here's a pic. Those are 17" wheels shod with 215/40 Parada Spec 2s.

perfomance>look

it's not functional to have a 3inch drop and riding on your bumpstop, when you drop a car, you not just changing the spring, you are altering the suspension system as a whole. steering characteric change so is everything else.
