K24 Swap on 5 Gen 95' Accord Turbo?
I have owned my 95 accord since I was 15 I am now 24 and I started a H22A swap on it about a year ago but got tied up in a ton of exterior mods. Now I am thinking about a K24A swap but there is no turbo kit I can find for the TSX. I have heard that because of compression differences in the accord K24 and other reasons you can turbo it? My question is if so what where and how much or am I better to stickin it old school H22 or just take a power loss with a newer engine?

there's the regular k24, and then there is the K24a2 (correct me if i'm wrong!). The k24a2 should be the one available for the TSX.... in particular... the 2006 and up had a better k24, more flow and all... just the overall better k24.
But hey.... if you are going (or really want) to invest towards the K24, you can always have someone fab the flange and the turbo manifold for ya'.... afterall.... the entire kit sits on the firewall side, unlike h and f engines, where turbo sits just behind the radiator.
You might be better off just keeping the H22a and work on.. there's more aftermarket/performance support towards this engine and setup than the K series into a 5th generation... and besides, K series motor mounts for 5 generation are still rediculously expensive for now... gotta wait until these motors start dropping prices, and support of the aftermarket becomes more broad towards the 5th generation and K swap.

Re: (gianinline)
Hasport has developed the mounts for the K swap into a CD but the axles are still 3-5 months away from distribution. With the money you would spend on a K24 and the boost, you could buy the H22, damn near fully build it for boost, boost it, and pay a shop to do all the labor... and you'd be way better off with the many years of others accomplishments and mistakes with boosting the H.
But then again, to each his own

IMO, if you already invested money into an H22A, why not boost that? Sure the k24 makes more than the H, but you are going to be boosted anyway. The powerloss between stock motors could be made up by adding a few more lbs of boost or something.

Yeah if you already have the h22 i would just boost that first.... but if your pockets are deep enough to just go get another motor and boost it go for it.
