ive seen them on tv an wonder if they work or what up with them ? i just bought a 94 accord and it has one but the check engine light is always on i checked all the wiring and its all good what can be wrong with it ? car runs good but i idles at 1000 rpms is that normal for a car with a jet chip ? thanks

have you ran the car on an obd1 scanner yet??? they are pretty inexpensive (@ $100) and will let you scan codes, read them, and clear them by simply plugging into the obd port (behind the ashtray in my obdII 96 accord) there are thousands of things to make you kick a CEL, so this is the best way to narrow it down.

also, jet has a dyno sheet for an 98 accord f23 on their website citing a 10hp and 10tq gain across the entire rev range. only catch is you HAVE to run premium fuel and expect worse gas mileage.

yeah i did notice that the gas mileage is **** its burning way too much but is fast as hell and i like it
