Re: intake Manifold
If you can locate an F18A it used a carb system. AFAIK this was used in the 90s on JDM cars. Those cars were exported all over so you might be able to find someone who has converted to the later F18B VTEC.

Could always check with an Japanese engine importer. Ask if they could get the manifold, but they might want you to purchase the F18A whole, with ECU/harness. Its not a full on carb, its kind of a TBI system, although the distributor does use a vacuum advance unit, I'm not sure how much else of the timing is controlled by the ECU.
Don't forget Canada imported JDM cars, although it might be unlikely an F18A car was imported over a . These engines were found in CB1 Accords.
An alternative may be to use/modify the induction system from a 88-90 Prelude 2.0S models. They used twin carb unit on the B20A3.

I would see if you can find someone willing to attach a chevy 350 carb base plate to your manifold, or use your existing flange and fab a new one. Most off road types use this setup because it is far cheaper to implement vs finding OE parts. I've put several edelbrocks on 1600 volkswagens before. So long as the carb you are using is in good shape you should have very few problems tuning it.
