Installed: AP1 S2000 Steering Wheel
I just installed an S2000 Steering Wheel into my 1996 Accord LX Sedan. It works without a flaw into mine. I have heard the 94-95 Accord's are not compatible. I followed this DIY when I was installing mine (reference link below), and it worked perfectly. I have not wired the cruise control yet, so Im not sure if the DIY one is compatible as of yet. I will test it out the next time I have free time and I will keep everyone informed. Feel free to PM me or EMail ( TheNguGuy@***.Net ) with questions. I will try to answer them best I can. Good Luck!!!

*** Cruise Control Update ***
I just installed the cruise control. Follow the DIY, it works perfect. The only difference is:
Prelude Cruise Control Wiring Diagram
GROUND
RESUME
SET
BLANK
Accord Cruise Control Wiring Diagram
BLANK
SET
RESUME
GROUND
It's upside down. Other than that, everything is the same. I hope this helps.

I got the wheel off 51ludeguy here on HT. He has one left. PM him. He's a great seller. I got the airbag off Craigslist locally for $75. I pieced everything together for less than $250

I am not sure what else is availible other than aftermarket wheels.

The steering wheel is off a notch like the write up states. It wont go on strait due to the spline. I haven't gotten an alignment yet. Usually the wheel being off bothers the heck out of me, but in this case, I dont really mind.

Thanks for the info. I was just interested because I know they are a pretty rare item to find, I wouldn't put that on my CD5 haha. Hopefully someone who can really use it picks it up

Re: Installed: AP1 S2000 Steering Wheel (NGUSPEED)
can anyone verify that the splines on the 94-95 accords are different than the 96-97? apparently none of the aftermarket hubs fit on the 94s so i can get a race wheel on my race car. if the s2000 wheel will fit on the 94-95, then i could use a s2000 aftermarket hub and go from there

There's a reason the s2k only fits on 96/97 and not the 94/95

What's up man.
And SRS system should still work assuming you wire up the airbag and what not correctly.

I cannot definately confirm that the SRS works, but I can tell you that the SRS Light in the guage cluster does not come on, so that should be a really good sign that it is functioning correctly.
However, if anyone want's to test their set up and let us know, I am completely open to that too...

on weaksauce they have the whole combination kits for aftermarket wheels including hubs, quick release and steering wheel for one price. I am looking into getting the Momo Tuner series, the 350mm with the black w/ red stitching.
