I have 289,000 miles on my 98 V6 automatic. The only thing replaced is the starter and alt. Still runs like new.

155k on my 94 ex. The only things I've replaced was the tranny......3 TIMES. Still the Original f22b1, though it may need a new head gasket.

94 Accord EX F22b1 with 210k on odometer but has recent JDM engine tranny swap. and can't be sure but based on everything guessing about 40-50k on engine and tranny

90 Accord 254,000 miles
feels like new. no smoke, A/C blows freezing cold, might need a clutch soon.

201,000 on the 94 coupe...the sedan i just sold had 167,900...by far the longest lasting engines lol, they just need to be maintained

Currently have about 112k on my 99 Lx Auto, not driven it in 2 years due to the tranny, just got my FSM and ETM in for the car a few weeks ago. Once the H2B swap is out and my B20Z hatch is in/out of the garage the Accord is in.

2002 SE just hit 95k. The only problem so far was the tranny needed some new bits and a re-build about a year ago.

I'm about to hit 150K on my 94 Coupe LX, replaced the head gasket, regular oil changes, tune ups, etc.
