How exactly did you get your hands on a PGM tester? Honda wont normally sell special tools to individuals, just to honda dealerships. I'm assuming any documentation will be pretty hard to find.

These things are all over the place (craigslist, ebay, ioffer, Bosch) to name a few. From what I understand Honda doesn't use it anymore, and it is public domain. Still, I want to diagnose my own problems, and not someone else.

Did you ever find that pgm manual? I was looking for one as well hoping there would be info on clearing an srs code 10-1. The usual procedure doesn't clear the code.

If the usual procedure is done properly and still doesn't clear the code. 9 times out of 10, that means that the issue has not been resolved.
