Honda Accord Lowering help..HELP ME!
i was doing a little research for an internet deprived buddy (his comp broke)..
Has anyone every tried the Tanabe DF210s for the Accord?
he wants to drop it a bit, and has had good experiences with tanabe in the past, but has never tried their springs..
Springs rate (front/rear) is 5.2/2.8 with a 2.0" drop all around..
info found here: http://www.tanabe-usa.com/spri...?id=1
help a brotha out!

Those are pretty low, where does he live? What kind of roads does he have to tackle? There are a lot of outside factors involved when lowering a car. Tanabe springs are really good, but I dont think i'd spend the amount of money on springs that are asked for those. Last time i saw those, they were in the $250 range ($230 plus shipping). I dont know about that...
I have a question for anyone who can answer it...do the tokico blue's work well with lowering springs?

not too bad.. i wore out a set of tokico illumina's with drop springs.. but, blue's held up a lot better.
i've got a question about drop springs for my 95 accord.. Is 2" drop excessive? I noticed your reply, that 2 inch drop is a lot for an Accord. I have a 95 ex sedan, and I just want to fill up the gap, get better handling, for a nice cruising, freeway car...but, I will be driving it in the city a lot. (Stock 7 spoke alloys...)
Thoughts?
for reference, i had a 94 civic with 2 inch drop, and it was perfect for what i wanted at the time, but, the question is: Will a 2 inch drop on an accord be higher (ride height) vs a 2 inch drop on a civic..? (since accords are bit bigger)
