Electrical/ charging issues
1995 Honda Accord LX 2.2. Recently had to do an alternator replacement. Due to an AC compressor partially seizing up, a second alternator was needed. Car ran fine for several weeks. Now on my way home from work, lights go dim, tach and Speedo stop working, have to start off in low gear and clicking under glovebox. Strange thing, battery light did not come on at all. Also, when last checked, alternator was producing 14.6 volts when running and only slightly less with car off.
I checked voltage before a hooked up the battery charger and I’m reading 10 volts. In addition, when I got home and turned off the ignition, car would not restart due to extremely low voltage. This is my only means of transportation and is becoming a total nightmare.

Re: Electrical/ charging issues
Ya.. so either the belt is loose, or a loose connection in wiring on the battery. Is the battery grounded properly?
There's also a voltage regulator which may have failed but doubt it (think it's in the ALT).
