Dry upper radiator hose!!????
Ok so I just finished fixing the no start problem I had, so I was driving around to see if any other issues came up. Drove fine sat in the car for a minute then it over heated. The hose that is right under the distributor that goes to the heater core busted. I replaced the hose the car still overhears and the fans won't come on even if I turn the ac on they still won't come on, the upper radiator hose and where it connects to the engine was bone dry , what do u guys think?

I pulled the t stat out to get coolant flowing so I could get home, through the t stat in boiling water and it checks out good, I switched the cooling fan relay with the power window relay power windows work fine fans still won't come on, when I pull the relay out and jump the fuse box where the relay goes the fan cuts on

Can we take a step back....first what year is this?
So you jump thermo a, should be on the t-stat, green connector and no fans-either side?
