Check engine light
My wife has a 96 accord EX. The check engine light came on, so I read the code and it is P0141 o2 heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2. I'm assuming this is the senor behind the catalytic converter right? The only problem is I looked in the haynes manual and it doesn't say anything about an o2 sensor behind the catalytic converter. I looked at the exhaust and I didn't see one. I'm assuming I just missed it somehow but can somebody help me out and tell me exactly where it is or show me a pic? Oh yeah and where is the first one at, I found one before the cat but since I didn't see one after I'm suspecting that it might be the last one and then there is one closer to the exhaust manifold. It doesn't seem right cause I know there should be one before and one after but I can't find it so that's the only thing I could think of. Please help.

Re: Check engine light (Gmoney97)
i gotta 95 LX , it may be different but there's only one O2 sensor . I've seen some other makes like toyotas that have two (b4 & after cat). Lot of Hondas have just the one. The primary should be right there on the exhaust manifold.

Re: Check engine light (Gmoney97)
PO141 should be bank 1, sensor 1 - your primary O2 sensor. It's not that hard to check the heater circuit. Disconnect the connector check for continuity in the heater circuit (should be the black wires).
