Brake light is on all the time

Brake light is on all the time
My brake light is on in my accord. What does this mean? And yes the ebrake is off...My brakes have been kinda noise latley.

Depending on which brake lamp is on, it could be:
Low brake fluid in Master Cylinder Reservoir (it has a level sensor in the cap)
EBrake isn't adjusted properly
A rear bulb is out or
You've got the wrong bulb back there.

chk the fluid in the master cykinder reservoir ...also chk the brakes,, if the brakes wear down, the fluid in the master reservoir will get lower , if it gets low enough the sensor which is in the cap will make the lite come on,,,also chk for leaks
I do not think it is the brake switch,,, the switch is for the brake lamps
