AntiFreeze leak!!? And solo revving?! Help! 1994 honda Accord sdn lx
So the other day i get to the Store and my fiance tells me theres a thick green stream on her side of the car. I look under the car and the antifreeze is pouring out from the bottom So I drove home lucky it was pretty close. By the time I get there it just stinks like a dead animal outside. I let the car cool off and I look into my overflow for coolant and it was low. I fill it up 50/50 and drive out. The car started overheating and smoking like crazy but I shut the car off and waited for it to cool off. I was on the side of the road so I filled it water to get back home and it over heated quicker. The next day I look in the radiator and it was dirty as hell. Looked like dried up mud. So now I plan to do this flush but don't know how its done. I bought preston radiator flush and a bottle of the total care. Also a jug of the prediluted antifreeze and a Peak flush kit. Do I have all I need? I don't know where the leak is because it stopped leaking. I heat up the car and the overflow is actually past max with that water I had put in but no leak. I looked at the pipes from under the hood but found nothing. Will this flush help my car run good again so I can take it to a shop? The car also started revving on its own between 1 &2 after the leak started, its a manual trans. But why is it doing that? How do I do the flush? If anyone can give me as much info as possible that'd be great!

Assuming you know where all your essential cooling components are then you can read this thread that can give you the basic idea on how to fully clean your radiator and cooling system. You actually only needed to purchase more coolant/antifreeze to replace the dirty old stuff but more to you! Here's the link to the thread (it's a H-T thread too): https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/how-do-radiator-flush-182502/

Why are you trying to do a flush when it's obvious you have a leak ? Do you think the leak miraculously fixed itself ?
Find the leak first. Seems like common sense.
