Default Air Intake Install For 94 Accord EX

I recently installed an air intake into my car but i noticed that the air intake only used one breather tube and there is one left unused. I think it has to do with emmision or something but should i be worried if it is left unused and left open or should i put soem kind of cap on it ???

Dude, I can't really tell what the hell is going on there. The one in your hand is a vacuum line from the intake manifold (at least it is on my car). The other one that you said needs a filter, I don't know where the hell that goes. It could be a vtec thing considering I have a non-vtec motor.

Do you have an automatic, that might help explain it. The one that is hooked up to your intake is where I have my breather tube going to my valve cover. I didn't have any other vacuum hoses to connect to anything.... so that is why I'm all messed up here.

Sorry I can't help you out more. You'll havta ask some of the VTEC guys on this one.
