99 wont start...not getting spark. HELP!
my 99 ex f23a1 wont start. it cranks but im not getting spark at all from the wires. The cap and rotor and wires and plugs are all brand new so i know its not that. also when i first pulled the wires off the plugs, all the spark plug tube wells were filled to the top with oil. there is no antifreeze mixing with the oil at all so i dont think its a headgasket. does anybody have any ideas??? PLEASE HELP

Replace the valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals.
Get the oil out of the plug wells.
To start the diagnose of no spark;
Check the Black/yellow wire at the distributor connector for power with the key on.
Power comes from Fuse #6 /15amp under dash fuse panel.
Then back to terminal#1 Black/yellow wire of the ignition switch.

crazy thing happened today..i work at autozone and we use Actron OBDII scanners for our customers. My buddy plugged it into his car and now his car is doing the same thing mine did so the diagnosis is that Actron scanner is wiping out everybody's ECU. we hooked my managers car up on video and it wiped his out too. crazy stuff....i guess actron is buying me a new ECU and possibly a new engine
