I've been out of the import scene for awhile, scrapped a few honda projects and dumped all my money into my streetbikes. Bikes finally started to bore me and it was time to look into buying a car for running around town. Me and my wife were in the market for a used car and were really taking our time in finding the right car, the price range was between 4k-6k and we narrowed down to a few certain makes and models: 02-03 Nissan Maxima - 02' Mazda Milennia - 98-02 Honda Accord (anything other than DX).

Below is what we ended up with. A mint 99' Honda Accord LX F23 4cyl. It has 119K miles, everything works great, new paint (Florida Sun is Harsh), new timing belt, water pump, and tires. The couple we bought it from had receipts for everything...car was 2 owner before we bought it. We paid $4000 cash for it. Think it was a good deal.

Here is a quick list of items ive had to fix since the purchase:

1. 15% Window Tint installed on Feb 14, 2014
2. Installed a new bulb (had to go to dealer for bulb) in the "Dash Clock" Feb 9, 2014
3. Installed a new bulb in the "Instrument Cluster" (bulb#:2127) behind the Odometer. Feb 9, 2014
4. I've drawn two codes from the ECU because of a "CEL" for: P0420 and P0401 (Ive researched the codes and know what to do) Feb 9, 2014
5. Full Synthetic Oil Change with a Mobil 1 Oil Filter Feb 9, 2014
6. Degreased the lower engine block looking for a possible oil leak Feb 9, 2014
7. New Engine Air Filter Feb 9, 2014

Got the windows done! Here in Florida window tint isnt a luxury its a necessity.

Got the window tinit installed on Friday by Clear Impressions in Orange Park, FL. They seemed to do a good job and the job came with a limited lifetime warranty on the film from: discoloring, fading, cracking, and installation defects.

It feels good to be on my way to making this car fit my style. Let me know what you guys think.
