Default 98-02 suspension question?!?

I recently just got an alignment after lowering my car a couple of weeks ago but I forgot to cut the front bump stops. If I were to take the suspension out to cut the bump stops will that screw up my alignment? Or it only will if I changed my suspension setup again? Thanks!

nah, you'll be fine. Without having a camber kit of any kind, the only thing that can be adjusted is toe, and since that was done, it should be fine.

I pull my struts off all the time and have never had any alignment issues as a result.
