95' Accord Tie Rods
I had a problem with my car last week, whenever I would get on the car a little bit, and take off, there would be a really loud rumbling that I could feel underneth my feet as I was driving. I took it to the shop, and they said that the inner and outter tie rods were worn out. I was just wondering how hard of a DIY this would be to replace them, and on top of that, if I chose to let the shop fix them, what is a decent/fair price on replacing them?

You can look in the Accord Faq and Im sure it will tell you somethin you can use!!! But it will take sometime if you arnt to familiar with a wrench and a car... It is possible to do it in your own driveway though!! Not sure a good estimate. Always do my own work.

In a Junkyard near you.

You need some special tools to undertake this. Mainly a lift, larger wrenches and a axle boot band tool.
I don't advise doing this on the ground because you will need to put yourself under the car to get the inner tie rods on and off.

I would let the shop do it, especially if you don't match them exactly alignment wise, you can totally ruin your tires driving to the shop, negating your labor savings. Not sure of a fair price, I just an outer tie rod on a Saturn cost $120.
