Icon2 95 Accord engine swap question!

so im planing on swaping out the enigne on my 95 accord, ive been looking at the H22 and H27, would either of these engines fit in it? i also wanna swap out the trany along with and convert it to a manual trany. is all of this possible? i hate automatics but i dont wanna loose this accord, it grew on me. any info you guys can give me would be greatly appretiated, thanks!

H27 definitely! Built strong enough so you can use NOS and won't blow the welds on the intake. But make sure you replace the muffler bearings, those tend to go out fairly quick.

yeah im planning on swapping everything entirely, also the suspenssion system too. im just wondering if the engine bay in my 95 would fit the H27 or if the H22 would be a better fit

yea they fit. try to get h22a jdm 220hp if its h22a4 its usdm 190hp.the # after the last "a" means its usdm.

i checked out the specs on the H22A and it says it only has 190, it also said that the H22A7 has 209hp, where is this info you got? i must check it out please :D

Haha...! I wasn't gonna post this, but since you mentioned the hp numbers, I believe the f22 is under rated, which is why I went turbo instead... But, to each his own.
