Icon6 95 Accord 2.2 vtec issues with idle and bogging/sputtering

Bought this car a year ago since purchasing I hav replaced the brake master cylinder cv joints, had the engine head rebuilt, motor mount and water pump. Recently had issues with gas leaking from one of the injectors the car had been sitting for a few months last weekend I took out the injectors found a broken o-ring I replaced about half the o-rings clean the injectors with some carb cleaner and a rag put them back in put in a new battery put some seafoam and a full tank of gas In it and it starts right up leak free but I seem to be having issues with a certain sensor my car revs up and down when im in Park or neutral when I unplugged the sensor it stopped also on a side note the previous owner tried to install cold air intake I do t know much about aftermarket stuff so I'm unsure if it is done correctly. I took off my IACV and cleaned it good with some carb cleaner and let it dry that hasn't seemed to have fixed much although it couldn't have hurt.
Another problem I am having is when im driving it the car does not accelerate at all no matter how much gas I give it it starts bogging sputtering and popping once i finally reach about 50mph it runs alot smoother but it's very rough up until then what can I do to fix this
