Default 94 accord vtec valve adjustment question

simple question. I am going to adjust the valves on my 4 cyl, 94 accord ex. What it the best way to get a socket on the crank pully to turn the engine? It looks pretty tight to the pullys from the top. is there an opening in the wheel well that you can use? Thanks

if you cant figure out how to get a 19mm socket to your crank i dont think you need to be adjusting your valves. but yeah there is a "hole" for you to get it in
