94 Accord Manual Cluster Guage
My nephew called me from the West Coast (I'm on the East Coast). He is having issues with his 1994 Accord Manual transmission and It got me puzzled. I'm asking some guidance. His problem is on the cluster gauge the RPM (stuck on 0), fuel gauge (stuck on full) is not working but the Speedometer is working. My nephew already changed the gauge cluster and I'm stump the only thing I can guess is electrical issue but I can't check it till next month. Is there anything that can cause this issue?

Was there any recent work done to the car?
Sounds like it could be two different issues but if they both happened at the exact same time then there might be more to the story.

Not sure. I'm flying out tomorrow to the West Coast so I will do a visual inspection since I'm not bringing any of my tools.

Re: 94 Accord Manual Cluster Guage
He said the RPM and Fuel gauge never worked from day 1, since he bought the car.
I did a very quick visual inspection since it was getting dark. I notice the Dizzy or around is leaking oil. I think it's the ICM since it's where it's getting the signal. I hopefully I can do another visual to determine if that the culpit and hoping that the previous owner did not splice the wire or something.
