Default 94 Accord ex won't stay running and Dies when pressing gas pedal

94 honda Accord ex. 197000. new starter, distributor, egr vavle, battery, and ECU and Fuel filter. Still wont start. It tries and it will run, but then the rpms just drop and the car dies. Almost like it is running out of fuel, it kind of chugs. Then if I press the gas it dies the second my font puts any pressure on the pedal. Don't know what happened or what it could be ran fine one day, then went to go get smokes and it didn't start. When the ecu is jumped the CEL just turns on, no blincking nothing. I read some where that this ment the ecu is bad. Since I had that and a problem with the cyp sensor which was traced back to the ecu figure that might be the probelm. It starts up a bit better but doesn't stay running. Going to go and get a pressure gage today to test fuel system pressure. Also I can hear all the clicks and sounds that should be there for the fuel pump to be working, but again don't have a pressure tester to see if it is giving enough. Any help with something else to check or what other things to look at would be great. Also, unplugged the IACV and it ran longer but the rpms were just above 0. but then still died, and died as soon as I put me foot on the gas pedal. Thanks for any and all help.
