Default 90' Honda Accord | Transmission Code | Engine Code

I figured out the codes for the car.

I received a transmition code of 7:

does this reading mean the car needs a transmission solenoid replaced?

I also received an engine code of 12:

This guide I have here says there is no EGR action, which I presume means there is no Exhaust Gas Recirculation action? Are these correct assumptions , and I appoligize but I'm new at this, what do I do?

thanks for any response...
