90 accord lx dies
the car dies when i start to slow down and cuts off,
so far i changed the brake boostered, oil, BATTERY AND SPARK PLUGS, WHEN IT DIES IT DO FIRE RIGHT BACK UP ON FIRST CRANK

It DOES fire back up. Please use propper english.
Sounds like your idle is too low or you may have an IAC problem. When the car does run where is the idle when you are sitting still (before it stalls)

brand new alternator, its not a power issue, because my music still be on and so on, the motor just dies, when im idled, my rpms are high, like at 2000RPM but once i come to a stop and push the brake it studders then dies

too much air, vacum leak, or fitv needs to be turned in a couple turns. You might try upplugging the IAC valve to be sure the idle drops. Then repost if any thing changed.
