LOL. Good thing you didn't do it because you'll flame up quick after he ignores your PMs. F*ck that bastard. Never do business with him. I bet he's on here reading this **** too.

well, i got exhaust. i ordered it last week if you remember reading that. i got it today, and put it on. here's some pics of it. it looks nice, and fit almost perfect. not too big on the raspy sound up top, but after a week or so of driving, it might change. btw, it is BBP exhaust on ebay for $133 shipped.

made this vid right after putting it on.

yo guys gotta question didnt know where to post it thought id take a stab here....

96 honda accord lx with obd1 jdm h22a swap.

the guy wants to do a straight trade for my complete stock 2000 civic ex. i believe it is a fairly good deal seeing as how his is lowered and has wheels and has quite a few upgrades....and i have another child on the way and need the four door rather 2 door.

question is... how can i get a 96 (obd2) car to pass thru tennessee emissions with a obd1 motor.

will the crank sensor in the distributor still read correctly in a obd2 ecu? if that is so i think if i can get one i can use a post cat o2 simulator and pass emissions that way.

i know someone has done this but cannot find clear cut info on this. thanks for any help you guys can throw my way.

just look up threads on how to convert to obd2. as for emissions, i didn't know tennessee had emissions. my grandparents live down there, and i just came back from a visit exactly a month ago, and there were all sorts of old, hoodless, fenderless, mufflerless vehicles down there. there aren't any state inspection laws, why would there be emissions? thats gay. lol.

What I got:

-1st Gen DSM 450cc Injectors.

My planning to get and install next year:

-Euro R IM w/ TB modified to fit H22s.
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump.
-Skunk2 Pro2 cams.
-Skunk2 Pro Valvetrains.
-Very good tune afterwards.

It should put me somewhere in the 200whp mark. I'd be happy if I'm past 200whp after the tune.

depends where they live, but yes there are state inspection laws and yes in middle tennessee we do have to run through a sniffer or for obd2 run a diagnostic scan.

i guess your right. my grand father said when you first buy a new car, it has to pass an inspection. now, he's had the same truck for the last 3 years, and there isn't a sticker on it. is that something thats included with the registration or something? sorry i'm asking all these quetions, lol, just trying to understand tn a little better.

yes when you first purchase a car you do have to run it through emissions but once a year you have to renew your registration so every year you also have to re-certify your vehicles emissions. you must live deep in the country to not know about emissions. i wish i could live somewhere they didnt have emissions, it would be a lot easier to build street cars and not worry if it will pass or not.

ohh. gotcha. they don't live deep in the woods. they live in sevierville, on the city limits of pigeon forge. he just never said anything about emissions though, thats why i was asking. thats all. but, that makes sense. thanks for clearing that up.

lol. no, its not very loud driving around. it is huge though. not a big fan of the big muffler look, thats for sure. thinking about opting for a different brand of muffler. preferrably something a little smaller.

hell yeah cut it off throw a magna flow stock looking muffker on it. i had mine on my car for 2yrs and bottomed it out a few times and never broke it ect. i only replaced one gasket on it when i changed the header and cat other wise i liked it.

and wished i would have did a diffrent style muffler on it. but they are a good deal 133 bux stainless steal ect. sold the car kid still has it on wipping with the exhaust.

i actually got them from someone on here. they are OEM stanleys that he pulled apart and painted. the corners i got from ebay and they are actually decent quality. the high beam reflector has been painted yellow
