87 accord, rear brake drum key????

87 accord, rear brake drum key????
ok i was going to replace the brake shoes on my rear drums, but my friend told me hondas need a specail key for one of the pins.... is he right or just crazy/dumb??? never done any work on a honda, always had disc all around an V-8's under the hood. any help would be much appreciated.. oh an is it a pain in the *** to accomplish my goal? should i just take it to a garage? im all about savin money but if its gonna take me more than 2hrs id rather not f**k wit it..

no dont need a key that i know of.
if you have not done this before it may take you a little while as it can be a pain getting the new ones back in with the springs.

It only took my dad and I like 45 mins on the one side, but since we learn from the one side, the other side only took like 25 mins not to bad.

no key that i've ever heard of. sometimes the shoes will wear grooves into the drums and you have to back the adjuster all the way in to get the drums off... also, and i know it sounds stupid but i've seen people do it... make sure the parking brake is off.

just when you do if you do it yourself is make sure you only do one side at a time so if you ever get messed up of where a piece goes you have the other side to look at. and no theres no key required, i justy did mine yesturday and first time for myself it took my just about an hour and a half, little under. watch out for the springs there a pain the in the *** to get on and off, well at leats on my car they were
