Default 7th gen accord owners...

have any of you changed the low beam bulbs on your 7th gen accord? if so, which method did you use? did you go through opening the hood or did it the way it explains in the manual with taking off your inner fender wall? i would like to hear some of your testimony. thanks.

ya no, cause honda has actually made the same car for 6 years.....the accord is so loved by society, that changes occur only after 10 years, just like a vette...

LOL! You'd think a significant redesign would indicate a new generation of the accord. But that's just me.

you can change the bulb from under the hood. but on the driver side you would want to move the battery out of the way.

Well I think you are supposed to disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive. Not sure on that though. Then remove the metal piece that holds the battery in place, then simply move the battery out of the way.

Doesn't the manual say something wierd, like turn the wheels all the way to one direction so that you can get under and through the fender wall? Thats what I remember reading.

Oh yeah, '05 7th gen here
