Stalling after High Speeds

Stalling after High Speeds
I have a 1999 Accord that has 118,000 miles on it. I am having an issue with it stalling out after being driven at high speeds (70) for awhile and when I have to slow down, the car constantly stalls. It even happened when I had a smog check on it where they reb the engine for quite a bit. However, short trips down the freeway does not seem to cause it to stall.
I have taken it in for the ignition switch replacement.
It happened when I drove out of state about 6 hours into the drive. When I arrived at my destination, I took it to the dealership the next day and they could not find anything wrong with it....yet it has happened after that.
Any suggestions would be appreciate. I am unemployed and would like to get a solution rather than paying for people to check it out and find nothing. Thanks so much for your help!!
