I recently replaced the rear main, torque converter, and both CV seals on my old lady's 2001 Honda Accord (v4, 2.3L, automatic)

However, I am still noticing a small tranny fluid drip when parked on level ground, and a significant leak when parked on my inclined driveway.

Other than the input shaft seal (which does not appear to be leaking)

Does anyone have any idea what else I should be looking for?

If you are parking nose up and the trans leaks most likely it is one or both of the axle/differential seals that are leaking.
If one is not careful when installing the axles the splines are sharp enough to damage/rip a seal.

Hose the underside of the car off and place a clean sheet of cardboard under the car to locate the leak.

Also check that your vent hose is not plugged. If it is plugged the trans will leak out of a seal.

With that particular transmission, check the pressure sensors. IIRC 3rd gear sensor which is either 13 or 14 in the below diagram. Is known to leak/fail/cause havoc.

I was extremely careful when installing the CV seals to the point of paranoia, and they do not visually appear to be leaking.

It seems as if the leak is higher up on the transmission.

Where is the vent hose located?

Would a bad o-ring on a sensor leak only at an angle?

I recently did an oil change on my 98 sedan EX 4 cylinder automatic and there is a tiny leak somewhere coming from the passenger side. The drip is almost a little towards the left of the passenger seat.

I also went to the car wash and pressure spray completely under the car near the engine/transmission real good before doing my oil change. Just stuck the pressure spray completely down there and pointed upwards and sprayed. Would this cause something to come loose from the tranny side?

Please let update us if you figure what is causing the leak.

If you used aftermarket seals you need to make sure to put a glob of grease on the inner lip of the axle seals. If you used OEM Honda seals that's not necessary.

This also applies to the rear main seal.

The rear main is holding well. I suppose I'll pull the CV seals (again) and grease them up. The passenger side is OEM but the drivers side is aftermarket.

It will be either under or next to the transmission mount, which may be hard to see if the battery/battery tray are in the way. Look at the 90° metal pipe on the case between two of the trans mount studs in the diagram below.
Possibly if they were disturbed, but usually they do not just start leaking.

I would suspect the pressure switches. They may only leak when the car is on and the transmission is pressurized.
