2001 Accord, no dash lights, no tail lights.
The #10 fuse in the fuse box, passenger side, blows every time the headlights are turned on.
The car has an aftermarket radio and security system installed...several years prior to fuse problem.
What I have done in order listed:
1. Had Honda dealer troubleshoot--Their answer: change out MCU...cost $375.
2. Troubleshot myself, found bad #10 fuse (small lights), and bad #9 fuse (Radio). Replaced fuses and all worked for one week, then #10 fuse blows evertime I replace it.
3. I removed fuse #9 (Radio) and fuse #10 still blows.

Just so I am clear....part of your post says the fuse blows when you turn on the headlights.....then another says #10 blows everytime you replace it. I'm going to assume that it only blows when you turn on the headlights.
Humor me and pull the taillight relay from the fuse box, replace the fuse and turn on the headlights. What happens?
