2000 Honda Accord 4 Cyc - EGR Clog - Air-intake Manifold clean -Wont start......................
After removing the top half of the intake manifold to clean the EGR paths with carburetor cleaner, scraping off gung with some cardboard, cleaning cloth, since then my car wont start all my lights turn on, but when i try cranking it you here a click. the only thing i can think after putting it back was that i pumped a can plus full of carburetor cleaner that went down thru the chamber with 3 holes can that be the reason why my car wont start it has been 1.5 days ? , all the connections look rite the only thing i ran thru was when putting the top half, i had 2 black tubes that connects to the back of the top half of the intake which i believe goes to the top half of the intake to a piece called Honda Accord Idle Air Control Valve i noticed that there was one extra tube- 2 tubes was plugged next to each other n 3rd rite behind it. hopefully that is rite
Any suggestions ???? thanks

If the starter is only clicking and not cranking it may simply be a cause of low voltage.
Verify your battery is fully charged and holding a charge, if it is 11.99 or less the battery is dead.
Verify your battery connections are clean and tight.
Verify all electrical connections are properly connected and are clean and tight.
If the battery was not disconnected while working on the vehicle it may have been discharged by leaving a door open(courtesy lights) or by playing the radio.
Next thing I would do is pull the plugs out and see if the engine can be rotated by hand.
There is a possibility that there is fluid hydrolocking the engine, but that would take quite a bit of carb cleaner. Cleaner should only be used to remove the residual goo, not to actually clean the port. Port(s) that are carbob fouled should be physically cleaned with a scraper or other tool.

i will charge my battery and see, i did noticed with the digital meter that the battery test @ 12v but when i try cranking it voltages drops to between 8-9v - also my battery is like 5 years old.

Swapped the battery out - no luck :*( -- every wire looks connected , prob something simple but who knows - spoke to a auto-zone guy he mentioned its either ground or the alternator, i only worked on the air intake chamber area. when i try cranking it whines and give a very light bump like its about to turn on but no go. unless the carburetor cleaner did something or a i am missing something.

Ground wire at G101 is either not connected or fully tighten. It is on the intake manifold plenum.

So I’m about 75% done, it appeared that the carburetor cleaner went down the engine and with this cold weather did not dry making it almost impossible for the car to start, after some playing around for 20mins, I ended up looking at the spark plug looked little soaked ,which I believe was due to the carb cleaner, cleaned it up a little, shot some starter spray on that and the air intake and the car still didn't want to turn on , so kept revving the key ignition (Whining noise) on and off for about 20 mins until it started to gain momentum slowly than finally it turned on and bunch of smoke came out for at least 10mins maybe the can + of Carb cleaner ? the only issue now is when I turn on for the first 5mins the car the rpms slowly goes to about 2k, than the car revs by itself from 1k-2k up and down on park n neutral. The car is drivable but annoying when at park, I removed the EGR cable, air booster that goes to the air intake no change, but once I remove the cable connector on the IACV it goes to a steady 2-3k even after plugging it back is that the issue ???? Help???

First thing I would verify is that the cooling system is properly bleed. Air in the cooling system can cause issues such as you describe.
